分享一些新手给老外打电话也许会用到的话术

其实现在给老外打电话, 一般我都会直接打客户的手机号，或者直接用WhatsApp语音通话。很少会打电话到客户公司找人，有些公司会有不少待开发的客户，都是留的公司号码，我们电话开发客户的时候就要准备好相应的台词了。

之前我们也讲过，你在打电话之前多数情况是已经给客户发过邮件的。而且在邮件里提到过什么什么时候会给客户打电话，在征得同意之后再打，或者是给客户去了不少邮件都没反应的情况下要打电话去。今天的内容比较适合新人，刚接触外贸的。

比如你拨号码过去，会用到自我介绍。比如电话接通之后，你会说is that xxx company? this is xxx from xxx, may I speak to xxx?

如果你打电话给客户，客户那边刚好不在，或者是客户出去了，这时候要怎么跟接听电话的人说呢？你也许会碰到下面的用语：

when is she /he going to be back?

他什么时候回来？

Could you please tell him / her that I called?

能否转告他我找过他？

Could you please ask him / her call me back ? thank you！

能否请他回我电话？谢谢！

Could you please help me take a message? Please tell him/ her that ….

能否麻烦您帮忙捎个留言，告诉他。。。。

I’d like to leave her / him a message, please let her / him know that…

我想给他留个言，请转告他关于。。。

When is convinient for me call back pls?

请问什么时候方便我再次来电？

Thank you so much, I will call back later.

非常感谢，我过会再打过来。

I’m calling to follow up on….

I’m calling about/ because ….

I’m calling for discussing about / clarifing….

我打电话过来主要是什么事情，我打电话是为了…….

I’m sorry, need to bother you a little bit in this part. something not correct…

不好意思，也许在这个部分我们有些误会…..

We just want to confirm, ….

Just want to clarify, you mentioned that…

I’m not sure I understand you correctly…. Did you mean….?

Let me see if I got that right.

When you say…., do you mean….?

So if I understand you correctly…..

想再跟您确认一下，您的意思是…..

I am sorry , I didn’t catch that, Could you please repeat it?

不好意思，我没听清，您能重复一下吗？

Would you mind speak a little slowly/slowing down a little bit?

您能稍微说慢一点吗？/您介意稍微慢一点吗？

Would you mind speaking a little louder / speaking up a little bit please?

能麻烦您大声一点吗？/您介意稍微大声一点吗？

Would you mind spelling that for me?

能麻烦您把它拼读一下吗？

有时候我们在通话的过程中，会碰到信号不好的情况，或者链接的问题。可以这样说：

I think we have a bad connection. let me try to call you again.

I’m sorry I can’t hear you very clear/hear you well

I’m sorry it seems the signal not good now.

上面几句话都表示自己听不是特别清楚，线路或者是心号不好

接下来是电话结尾的时候会说到的：

I will keep you updated on our progress.

有新的进展，我会通知您。

let’s keep in touch, we will send you details when prepared.

保持联系，细节都好了我会给您发邮件！

I will follow up with the requested information soon.

我会尽快跟进您所要的信息！

Thank you so much for your time, have a great day.
